This morning, a local EPC installer stopped by our Houston warehouse to check out our 440W all-black panels in person.
His business spans Houston, requiring high-quality products and consistent supply. Therefore, he visited our warehouse to inspect our product quality and supply capabilities.
Story and Challenge
He originally just wanted to “take a quick look”… but after seeing the quality, he said:
“These look great — I’ll take a full pallet right now.”
🚚 And luckily, he came in his own work truck — perfect timing!
We helped prepare the pallet, and he initiated the wire transfer.
To be honest —
The wire transfer verification took a bit longer than expected, which meant he had to wait more than we wanted.
He was very patient, and we really appreciate that.
We’ve already learned from this and will improve our pickup workflow so future on-site pickups are faster and smoother. 👍
But here’s the best part—
When he got back to his company and opened the pallet, he checked the panels again and said the quality was even better than he expected.
The Result
A few hours later, he messaged us again:
👉 placed another order for 40 more panels — picking up tomorrow!
Moments like this really mean a lot.
